FINANCIAL GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Registering in Three Hearts Academy at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church means that my family commits to paying the 2025-26 tuition in a timely manner each month, even if we decide later to unenroll. Any release of remaining financial responsibilities, tuition, refunds, or other commitments are at the discretion of the Directors and Pastor. Three Hearts must timely make financial commitments to provide tutors, staff, safety, supplies, and resources to educate and form our children, reasonably balancing the financial needs of our school, parish, and families. Parents agree to pay a non-refundable family registration fee and tuition for an entire semester at a time. Billing statements will only be sent by electronic email and paper statements will only be generated upon request.

For example: a family with a high school student, a 7th grade student, and a 4th grade student would consider their high schooler's tuition as their "1st child", their 7th grader's tuition as their "2nd child," and their 4th grader's tuition as their "3rd child". Excludes A La Carte registration.
DUE DATES: Tuition is due the 15th day of each month (or the following business day).
OTHER DISCOUNTS (for both enrollment options):- Paid-in-Full Discount: 10% off for entire 2025-26 if year’s tuition is paid-in-full by September 1, 2025.
- Semester Paid-in-Full Discount: 5% off for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 if each semester’s tuition is paid-in-full by September 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026 respectively.
PENALTY: There is a 5 day grace period. A late fee of 5% of the balance will be added after the 20th of the month.
FAILURE TO PAY
Failure to pay tuition by the due date could result in suspension and the withholding of school records. Three Hearts reserves the right to withhold any records until financial accounts are balanced or resolved.
WITHDRAWALS and RELEASES
A written email notice of withdrawal of a student must be received by Three Hearts. A date of withdrawal will be effective the date an email is received. Three Hearts is not obligated to refund any fees or tuition payments that have already been made prior to the students’ withdrawal. Students who are withdrawing from school are obligated under this agreement to pay the tuition charges for the remainder of the semester.
